Tobey Glee Brehm concentrates her practice in family law and has extensive experience in the areas of adoption, custody, property settlements, support, prenuptial agreements and more recently collaborative law. She has offices in Howard County and Frederick County. Ms. Brehm is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, The Bar Association of Frederick County, and International Association of Collaborative Professionals. She is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland (1984) and the U.S. Supreme Court. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland and received her JD from The University of Baltimore Law School. Ms. Brehm has served as President of the Howard County Bar Association, member of the Board of Governors and Family Law Section Counsel and is currently a member of the Local and Specialty Bar Liaison Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association.
