Dr. Holzman is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice. He received his PhD in clinical psychology in1993 from the California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Holzman’s main focus over the past few years has been on assisting families going through transitions particularly separation and divorce. Dr. Holzman is trained as a mediator, divorce coach, child specialist, and parent coordinator. He has attended numerous seminars and trainings in collaborative practice including IACP’s annual conferences.. Dr. Holzman is an active member of several collaborative groups throughout Maryland including CDRP, HCCP, MCPC, and CRAB. Dr. Holzman has offices in Silver Spring, Columbia, and Owings Mills. He is on the board of directors at (HCCP). Dr. Holzman has offices in Silver Spring, Columbia, and Owings Mills. In addition to his collaborative work, Dr. Holzman’s practice includes individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. He treats a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit disorder, substance abuse, and personality disorders. Scott also does DWI, substance abuse, and other forensic evaluations when there is a mental health issue. |
