Locate a Collaborative Practice Professional

Mr. Bergman practices in most areas of litigation with a primary emphasis in family law. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and George Washington University National Law Center and is currently serving another term with the MSBA Family Law Section Council comprised of prominent family law attorneys and judges from around the State of Maryland. Mr. Bergman has frequently lectured on family law and professionalism topics and has testified about family law bills before the legislature in Annapolis. His commitment to the benefit of Collaborative Law as the best approach to avoid contentious litigation and family conflict led him to become a delegate to the statewide Maryland Collaborative Domestic Council and to help create and lead a large Collaborative Law practice group in the southern Maryland counties. Mr. Bergman was recently named as one of the top family law practitioners in Washington, DC and the State of Maryland.
