Locate a Collaborative Practice Professional

I have been in private practice since 1989 and have operated my own firm since 2003. I was trained as a Mediator in 1994 and as a collaborative attorney in 2004.  I continue ongoing training within the collaborative field to develop my skills so I can better assist my clients to resolve matters without going to Court.  Although my practice has included a variety of civil matters over the years, I now primarily focus on collaborative family law, mediation, and estates and trusts.  I have a strong commitment to family values, which is apparent in my work style. I strongly believe that most litigation is an option of last resort and that cases can be resolved outside of Court through the collaborative law process, mediation or  creative, interest based negotiation.
