I am a member of the firm of Waldman, Grossfeld, Appel & Baer, P.A., and devote a substantial part of my practice to Alternative Dispute Resolution.  I am a past Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association ADR Section, and the current Director, and a Founding Member of the Maryland Collaborative Law Association.
